Welcome to STL Property Walks! The only Real Estate Training & Consulting Company focused on teaching you the stuff you CAN'T learn from behind a Computer or in a Book. Get off your seats and into the streets by Joining us for "A Day on the Street as a Professional Buyer."
Licensed Investor Friendly Agent, Kathe Gerhardt will be your guide for the day. With over 5 years of full-time experience in Real Estate Acquisitions, 300+ successful cash purchases, and thousands of properties walked, she’s here to help you build confidence in evaluating and assessing properties, as well as making your next offer with ease :)
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
-EXPLORE, ENGAGE, EVALUATE: Walk, talk, and assess a minimum of 3-4 properties - in various conditions, just like a pro buyer. (We will spend approximately 45 mins to an hour at each property.) We will go over neighborhood assessment, property conditions, discuss building systems - Roofs, Foundations, Windows, Siding, Interior, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, ect!
-PHOTOGRAPHY BASICS: Learn how to capture the necessary property details effectively so you can use them for rehab bids, and even wholesaling.
- ESSENTIAL GEAR: Receive an N-95 mask, flashlight, bug spray, and road trip snacks to keep you comfortable and prepared throughout the day. (Please plan to wear tennis shoes/BOOTS, tall socks, long pants, a hat and layers to accommodate any kind of weather. Rain or shine, we walk!)
-INSIGHTFUL DISCUSSIONS: Delve into the numbers a bit and explore the 5 main potential exit strategies for real estate investments. And here's the kicker – EVERY property we walk is up for sale, whether on or off the market :)

Location: Meetup location: TBD - North County
We will plan to meet & load up in our cars and start our tour from there. The # of Properties we will visit depends on how long we spend at each property, but we guarantee 2-3 minimum. The format of this day will be very LOOSE! Please be prepared to go with the flow. We will stop midpoint throughout the day to get lunch. Note: Lunch is not included in the price. Please dress in layers for any weather condition! Close toed tennis shoes/BOOTS, tall socks, long pants, coat & hat. Bring phone charger for taking pictures of properties with your phones.

We will walk a minimum of 3 fixer upper properties in detail on Wednesday Oct. 22, 2025 from 10 am - 4pm. STL Property Walks will be teaching how to Properly Walk, Assess & Document a potential Investment Property for Purchase as a Rentals or a Flip. (Come ready to BUY - Kati Underwood, Broker Equity Missouri will be your Buyer's Agent on any property you want to purchase on the tour!)
