3. Eligibility

All payments are final and non-refundable. If STL Property Walks is unable to fulfill a scheduled service, we will offer to reschedule the appointment at no additional charge.

STL Property Walks provides observational and informational services only. The reports, videos, and analyses we provide are based on visual inspections and publicly available data.

We do not conduct formal property appraisals, home inspections, or structural assessments.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of estimated repair costs, market analysis, or potential returns on investment.

Clients assume all risks associated with purchasing, wholesaling, or investing in real estate based on our services.

STL Property Walks shall not be held liable for any financial losses, market fluctuations, undisclosed property defects, or adverse outcomes resulting from reliance on our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Unauthorized use, copying, or sharing of STL Property Walks' materials may result in legal action.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling.

STL Property Walks reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, scheduling conflicts, or safety concerns.

Failure to show up for a scheduled service may result in forfeiture of payment.

11. Indemnification

Clients waive their right to bring class action lawsuits against STL Property Walks.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the signed contract, the provisions of the signed contract shall govern.
