Rehab Disbursements – verify work completed before releasing contractor payments.
Investor Peace of Mind – get updated photos and video to confirm the property’s status.

Cancellation / No-Access Policy
All property walk services require full payment upfront. In the event of a cancellation, no-show appointment or if access to the property cannot be granted at the scheduled time, a non-refundable $50 fee will be charged. The remaining balance will be credited. This fee covers the time and travel invested by STL Property Walks.
